Dr. Kimberly Whitely, O.D.
Dr. Kimberly Whitely, O.D. is a graduate from the Michigan College of Optometry, class of 2012. She expresses a special interest in pediatrics, disease management, and primary care optometry. Since joining the practice in 2013 as an associated O.D. and with great enthusiasm for patient care, Dr. Whitely has been a joy to both our patients and staff.

Dr. Russel F. Curtis, O.D.
Russel F. Curtis, O.D. has been serving the Byron Center and Grand Rapids communities as an optometrist for over 30 years. Our team of optometric professionals will assist with preparation for your exams and help select the frames and/or lenses that are right for you. We invite you to come and get your eyes examined, get fitted for contact lenses, and see our large selection of designer frames.
Dr. Curtis is a graduate of Michigan College of Optometry and has been in private practice since 1988. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Michigan Optometric Association. He is currently a member of the Byron Center Chamber of Commerce and is past president of the Byron Center Lions Club. He also enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor recreation and activities including hunting and fishing.
Dr. Morgan Cornelius, O.D.
A Michigan native, Dr. Cornelius grew up in Gaylord. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and graduated with honors from the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Cornelius completed an ocular disease residency at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center and is certified in Advanced Competency in Medical Optometry. She has also been awarded the distinction of Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. In her free time Dr. Cornelius enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and camping. She loves traveling, but you can also find her checking out local restaurants, music, and events in the Grand Rapids area.

Eye Emergencies
Some common symptoms of eye emergencies are sudden loss of vision, redness, discharge, eye pain, flashes or floaters in your vision, or foreign particles in your eye. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, give our office a call.
